Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to GrayLeads, including the public site, business registration flow, approved workspaces, Google Maps lead workflows, AI tools, communications features, and subscription or credit controls.
1. Acceptance and business use
By accessing or using GrayLeads, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company or organization whose workspace you use. You must have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service description
GrayLeads is a business CRM and lead generation platform. Based on the current codebase, its features include Google Maps business search, public-website enrichment, contact-bank management, shared contacts, lead and pipeline management, task tracking, AI assistance, business email setup, email campaigns, and Twilio-based calling, SMS, WhatsApp, voicemail, and browser calling flows.
3. Accounts, approvals, and workspace responsibility
- Business registration requires accurate information.
- Access may depend on an approval step before a workspace is activated.
- You are responsible for all actions taken through your credentials and by users you add to your workspace.
- You must promptly notify GrayLeads if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
4. Lead data, scraping, and source responsibility
GrayLeads can query Google Maps and visit public business websites to collect publicly available business information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of those features complies with applicable law, platform rules, local marketing laws, and any restrictions that apply to the data you collect or message.
- Do not use GrayLeads to gather or process unlawful, deceptive, or rights-infringing data.
- Do not assume public availability means unrestricted legal use.
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and consent status of the contact lists you build or import.
5. Communications compliance
GrayLeads includes email, SMS, WhatsApp, calling, and voicemail workflows. You are responsible for using those features lawfully and obtaining any required consent before contacting recipients.
- Comply with anti-spam, telemarketing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws that apply to your business and your recipients.
- Honor opt-outs, do-not-contact requests, and channel-specific restrictions.
- Use only sender identities, domains, numbers, and accounts you are authorized to use.
- Do not use GrayLeads to deliver unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harassing communications.
6. AI features
GrayLeads uses OpenAI for AI-generated responses, analysis, and drafting. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-assisted content before relying on it or sending it to another person.
- Do not submit highly sensitive or regulated data unless you have separately determined that doing so is lawful and appropriate.
- Do not use AI features to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing material.
- GrayLeads may limit or suspend AI access if usage appears abusive or unsafe.
Additional restrictions appear in the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Plans, credits, and payments
The current codebase tracks plans, subscriptions, and credit transactions inside the application. No direct payment-card processor integration was detected in the repository. If GrayLeads offers a paid plan to you, separate order forms, invoices, or commercial terms may define pricing, billing cycles, upgrades, downgrades, refunds, and plan limits.
- Credits or usage allowances may be consumed when certain features run.
- GrayLeads may restrict access if a subscription expires, a trial ends, or an account is suspended.
- Plan descriptions on the public site are informational and may change.
8. Customer data and your content
You retain responsibility for the data you import, store, or send through GrayLeads. You grant GrayLeads the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that data in order to provide the service.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Using the service for illegal activity or in violation of applicable privacy, marketing, or telecom law.
- Sending spam, phishing, malware, abusive communications, or fraudulent outreach.
- Harvesting, storing, or messaging data in a way that violates third-party rights or contractual restrictions.
- Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, approvals, or other access controls.
- Reverse engineering or interfering with the service except where law prevents those restrictions.
10. Suspension and termination
GrayLeads may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, abuse provider integrations, or fail to satisfy business approval or subscription requirements.
11. Disclaimers
GrayLeads is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
GrayLeads does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy of scraped or AI-generated data, message deliverability, or results from any sales workflow. Google Maps data, public website enrichment, and AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrayLeads and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from use of the service.
13. Changes and contact
GrayLeads may update these terms when features, pricing, legal requirements, or provider relationships change. Questions may be sent to contact@softwareforge.agency.
