This policy applies to use of GrayLeads, including lead scraping, CRM records, AI tools, email, SMS, WhatsApp, calling, voicemail, campaigns, file import, and workspace administration.

1. You must not use GrayLeads for illegal activity

  • Do not violate privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing, telecom, intellectual-property, or consumer-protection laws.
  • Do not use GrayLeads to facilitate fraud, impersonation, phishing, or deceptive business practices.
  • Do not store, send, or generate unlawful content.

2. Scraping and lead collection restrictions

  • Do not use GrayLeads to collect or process data in violation of third-party platform terms or legal restrictions that apply to you.
  • Do not assume public business data is automatically fair game for unrestricted outreach.
  • Do not upload or import lists you know are unlawful, stale, deceptive, or obtained without required rights.

3. Communications restrictions

  • Do not send spam, unlawful cold outreach, or messages that ignore opt-out requests.
  • Do not send abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory communications.
  • Use only domains, numbers, sender accounts, and channels you are authorized to control.
  • Comply with Twilio, WhatsApp, Google, and email-provider rules that apply to your channels.

4. AI restrictions

  • Do not use GrayLeads AI to create illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or deceptive content.
  • Do not use AI outputs as a substitute for regulated professional judgment.
  • Do not attempt to bypass safety controls or exploit provider restrictions.

5. Security restrictions

  • Do not probe, scan, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its integrations.
  • Do not create accounts or automate access to evade approvals, limits, or suspensions.
  • Do not upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to any workspace or provider account.

6. Enforcement

GrayLeads may investigate violations and take action, including content removal, provider disconnects, suspension, termination, or cooperation with lawful investigations.
