This page describes rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, based on the current GrayLeads codebase.

1. Categories of information collected

  • Identifiers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, and account credentials.
  • Commercial or business records such as CRM activity, outreach history, subscription details, and credit transactions.
  • Internet or network activity such as login events, request metadata, and use of product features.
  • Audio or communications information such as call logs, voicemail records, email content, SMS, and WhatsApp messages.
  • Professional or employment information contained in leads, contacts, employee profiles, and business account records.
  • Inferences drawn from CRM data or AI-assisted workflow context.

2. Sources and purposes

GrayLeads collects information directly from users, from business administrators adding users or contacts, from Google Maps and public websites during enrichment workflows, and from third-party providers used to deliver AI and communications features.

3. Sale or sharing

GrayLeads does not sell personal information and no ad-tech sharing implementation was detected in the current codebase.

4. Your California rights

  • Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information GrayLeads holds about you.
  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to lawful exceptions.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Receive equal service and pricing without discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

5. How to submit a request
