GrayLeads is a software product. Nothing on the public site or inside the application should be treated as legal, compliance, accounting, tax, telecom, marketing, or professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional guidance where needed.

2. AI output disclaimer

GrayLeads uses OpenAI to generate chat responses, analysis, and drafting assistance. AI output may contain factual errors, omissions, biased phrasing, or content that is not suitable for a specific recipient, jurisdiction, or industry. Always review AI output before relying on it or sending it to others.

3. Public-source lead data disclaimer

GrayLeads can collect and enrich business information from Google Maps and publicly accessible business websites. Public availability does not mean the information is accurate, current, complete, lawful for every use case, or accompanied by the consent you may need before outreach.

GrayLeads provides tools for email, SMS, WhatsApp, calling, and voicemail workflows through third-party providers. Deliverability, number availability, channel approval, and recipient response rates depend on factors outside GrayLeads' control.
