GrayLeads combines lead sourcing, CRM workflows, team collaboration, AI assistance, and multi-channel communications in one product. The current codebase is operated in a platform context led by SoftwareForge and is publicly presented as SoftwareForge x Atriona Digital. That means the legal and contact pages now reflect both the operating context and the partner presentation.

Partnership

GrayLeads is currently presented as a collaboration between SoftwareForge and Atriona Digital. In the repository, SoftwareForge is still the operator context that supplies the contact email and legal anchor details currently published on the site.

How the platform works

Businesses register for access and are reviewed before their workspace is activated. Once approved, teams can manage company settings, assign employees, connect Google sender accounts, request custom-domain email approval through Brevo, and use Twilio-powered calling and messaging tools.

The scraper module pulls business information from Google Maps and can enrich those results by visiting public business websites to find public-facing emails, contact pages, and social profiles. Imported records can then move into the contact bank or sales pipeline for outreach.

AI features use OpenAI to summarize CRM activity, draft outreach, and answer context-aware questions inside the workspace. GrayLeads also keeps subscription, credit, and usage records so administrators can control access and plan limits across teams.
