How it works
Businesses register for access and are reviewed before their workspace is activated. Once approved, teams manage company settings, assign employees, connect Google sender accounts, request custom-domain email approval, and use Twilio-powered calling and messaging tools.
The scraper module pulls business information from Google Maps and enriches results by visiting public business websites for emails, contact pages, and social profiles. Imported records can move into the contact bank or sales pipeline for outreach.
AI features use OpenAI to summarize CRM activity, draft outreach, and answer context-aware questions inside the workspace. GrayLeads also keeps subscription, credit, and usage records so administrators can control access and plan limits across teams.
